Delete your Riceball data
Riceball stores your salon profile, customer WhatsApp conversations, appointment records, and usage analytics. You can remove all of it permanently using either of the methods below.
Method 1 — Self-service in the dashboard (recommended)
- Sign in at riceball-ai.com/login.
- Go to Settings (sidebar) → scroll to the bottom Danger Zone section.
- Click Delete my account.
- Type
DELETEto confirm.
Your account enters a 30-day soft-delete window during which you can cancel from the dashboard banner. After 30 days, your salon profile, all conversations, messages, appointments, contacts, services, schedule, and aggregated analytics are permanently erased from our primary database.
Method 2 — Email request
If you can no longer sign in (lost credentials, payment method expired, etc.), email privacy@riceball-ai.com from the address on your Riceball account with the subject line "Delete my data". We respond within 5 business days, verify ownership, and execute the same 30-day soft-delete flow.
What gets deleted
- Salon profile (name, logo, schedule, services, prices)
- WhatsApp Business connection (phone number ID, access token)
- All customer contacts
- All WhatsApp message history (inbound + outbound)
- All appointment records (past, pending, confirmed)
- AI usage analytics
- Subscription / billing metadata
We do not delete data Meta separately maintains on its own WhatsApp Business Platform (delivered-message receipts, etc.). For those, contact Meta directly per their data policy.
Customer (end-user) deletion requests
If you are a customer of a Riceball merchant (i.e. you messaged a salon and want your conversation deleted), please contact the merchant directly — your data lives in their account, and they control it. If they are unresponsive, you may also email privacy@riceball-ai.com; we will act as the data processor and forward the request, in line with Singapore PDPA Section 16 obligations.
